Rates do not include Maryland's Sales Tax and Room Tax of 10.5% combined. There is also a Refundable Security Deposit that varies from unit to unit and location to location. Please call us or e-mail and we will provide this information. Please ensure that you calculate the 10.5% Tax on Weekly Rental Rate and add Security Deposit into your total rental charges for the week. Fifty Percent (50%) of the total of rent, taxes and security deposit is required along with two signed contract copies and self addressed stamped envelope for booking. The balance of fifty percent (50%) is due thirty (30) days prior to your rental start date.

TO RESERVE APARTMENTS:
A non-refundable 50% deposit of total rent, security and taxes is due via overnight delivery through the post office, FedEx or UPS. We do not reserve units. All units are rented on a first receipt of deposit basis. You must include two signed CONTRACTS, your deposit check or money order(s) and a self addressed stamped envelope so that we can return a signed contract copy to you. We do not accept credit or debit cards. The balance of 50% is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to your move-in date or you will forfeit your Rental Slot and your holding/security deposit.

RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Your Security Deposit will be returned in full within forty-five (45) days following your departure date based on the following conditions: If the Unit is left in a clean and undamaged condition. Your group must vacate the Unit not later than 10:00 AM on Saturday. If damage occurs or additional cleaning is required, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $80.00 plus parts and materials required to repair the unit.

NOTE: CHECK-IN IS 3:00 PM SATURDAY AND CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 AM THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY.
